1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or using any service offered by co999 (hereinafter referred to as "co999," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies that may be published on the co999 website from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and co999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to co999 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. co999 does not permit registration or gameplay by any person under 21 years old, regardless of local minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of co999 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of co999 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or business partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the co999 platform or from any other gambling platform where co999 recognises such exclusions.

co999 takes underage gambling seriously and employs multiple verification measures to prevent access by minors. Any attempt to circumvent age verification controls is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on co999 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your co999 account credentials including your username and password. co999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified co999 of unauthorised access within a reasonable time.

co999 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

co999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods where available to the Player: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank transfers. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time or within the timeframe applicable to the selected payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page within your co999 account and are subject to change. co999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending completion of co999's Know Your Customer (KYC) process. co999 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the cashier page, though actual settlement times depend on the payment network and method selected. Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC-20 are typically the fastest available option.

Currency: co999 accounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. For Pakistani players transacting via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, amounts are displayed and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Crypto transactions are settled at the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing. co999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

co999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that it deems unusual, including requests to verify the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the transaction being declined or the account being temporarily restricted.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

co999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all co999 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your co999 bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after completing the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the account without compensation.
• co999 reserves the right to restrict certain games from contributing to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless co999 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on co999, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international series, and bilateral tournaments, are subject to co999's Sports Betting Rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Casino game outcomes are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface.

co999 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement due to a technical or data error.
• The odds offered were materially incorrect due to a manifest error, human error, or data feed failure.
• The Player had access to information not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (insider information).
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules.
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns are identified that suggest match manipulation or coordinated abuse.

In-play betting markets are offered where available and are subject to the same general betting rules. co999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend or remove markets at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on co999 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during account use.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any co999 game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with co999 games or systems without explicit written authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been played through. co999 treats chargebacks as fraud and will take legal action where appropriate.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward co999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

co999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable recreational activity and we actively support players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling behaviour.

co999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your co999 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the co999 platform including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and database compilations is the exclusive property of co999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any co999 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any co999 content without prior written permission from co999. Unauthorised use of co999 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, co999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond co999's reasonable control.
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are subsequently corrected under these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the co999 website that is subsequently amended or removed.

In any event, co999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your co999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

co999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.

You may close your co999 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon voluntary closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of co999, you should first contact our support team via live chat, providing full details of the issue. co999 commits to responding to all formal disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with co999's resolution, you may escalate your complaint through the dispute resolution process set out by co999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation procedure are provided within the licensing section of the co999 website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which co999 holds its international gaming licence. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

co999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, co999 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the updated Terms take effect, by way of a notice posted on the co999 website or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of co999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
